The Bevel Tool Step-by-Step Spreadsheet Calculator makes it easy to "plug and chug" the data for your application, and reduces the amount of "trial and error" for setting the correct depth.

Simply select the Application, Angle, Bevel Depth and Tool in Use from the drop-down menu and the spreadsheet will calculate the optimum number of passes and "clicks" on the One-Touch controller for each pass.  Results for both a Fast Operation (fewer passes, more wear on carbide) and Slow Operation (more passes, less wear on carbide) are generated.

Then print out or write down the results for use on the job!
